Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via the phone or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling In the event of a parcel being returned to us because of an incorrect address or refusal to accept by the customer, we will cancel the order and refund the purchase price only, less the cost of carraige and any return charges our couriers charge us.

Delivery Schedule We will normally deliver your order to you in 3-5 business days. If there is a longer delay we will inform you.

International deliveries take between 5-14 days depending on destination.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

All orders are processed using HSBC online debit and credit card processing – secure ePayments.

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All of Simulaids and Lifeform Products come with a Manufacturers 3 year warranty. All other products offer a 12 month warranty.

Warranties cover manufacturing defects only. General wear and tear through normal usuage is not covered by the warranty. Misuse of the products invalidates the warranty. All returns are based on a repair or replace basis.

Returns Policy All returns most be prebooked. You will be issued a returns authorisation number. Goods will not be accepted without a valid returns number. Simulaids are not responsible for any carriage charges incurred.

A 20% restocking charge is applied to all unused goods deemed unsuitable for purpose returned for refund.

Remittance Terms Products will not be shipped untill payment is recieved in full.
