The British Heart Foundation has recently published a two minute video entitled 'Watch Your Own Heart Attack'. This is aimed at raising people's awareness of the risks of heart attacks and SCA.

245 first loves die from a heart attack every day
85 Mothers die from a heart attack every day
94 Fathers die from a heart attack every day
Sadly, one in three heart attack victims die before they reach hospital.

Many people don't recognise the signs and fail to take the steps that may have saved their life or the life of a loved one.
